This Chardonnay is barrel fermented
in small oak barrels & aged on its
lees, giving it an appealing balance of
fruit and oak.

backed up with zesty, crisp lemon,
passion fruit and peaches on the

CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Aged two years in oak barrels then
blended with small amounts of merlot
& cabernet franc to further enhance its
fruit flavors.
FAT BASTARD SHIRAZ
(FRANCE)
Aged in small oak barrels for four
months producing a wine with deep
purple hues and spicy supple fruit.
